Guarantee

Cyberstorm Search, Inc. stands behind our committment to perform and deliver to the client companies we partner with.  We provide a 45-day guarantee for contingent search projects and a 90-day guarantee for retained search projects.  

Client satisfaction is one of our organizational attributes, and we do our due diligence before, during and after our hired candidate is on-board to ensure our work is satisfactory.  Follow-up meetings after the initial start date allows us to inform our clients of any candidate concerns that arise early in their employment to resolve any issues before it can escalate.

In the event a Cyberstorm Search, Inc. hired candidate quits or is terminated during the guarantee period we will replace the candidate at no additional charge.     

The Cyberstorm Search, Inc. guarantee may not apply (at our discretion) if:

• Cyberstorm Search, Inc. is not given the exclusive opportunity to replace the candidate within a reasonable length of time (dependant on market circumstances)
• The fee has not been paid within 30-days of commencement of employment (payment is due upon candidate start date) 
• A layoff, downsizing or reorganization of the position occurs
• A sale or merger of the client-company occurs
